We read every message, but we are a small operation and cannot always reply quickly. If you are writing about:
- A correction to a specific car park — its location, name, capacity, or whether it still exists — the fastest fix is to edit it directly on OpenStreetMap. Our data refreshes from OSM, so improvements there will appear on CarparkShark automatically. By all means email us as well, but the OSM edit is what reaches every map and app, not just ours.
- Site feedback or a feature idea — please do email. We are particularly interested in cases where a prediction was clearly wrong and you can tell us when and where, so we can investigate.
- Press, partnership, or a data question — email us with a short note about what you are working on.
- A privacy question — see the Privacy Policy for details on what the site collects, and email the same address for any specific request.
